Each of my bespoke cakes are handmade, lovingly layered and filled with deliciousness. My design aesthetic are statement cakes, so they tend to be taller than average. My cakes are triple layered and filled. Fondant covered cakes are masked in white or dark chocolate ganache before being robed in fondant. Naked and semi naked cakes are filled and covered in creamy dreamy buttercream.

All of my gorgeous sugar toppers are handmade and personalised to suit your celebration. The price I quote will reflect the size and complexity of your proposed design.

My cakes are all presented on cake boards and given to you in a gift box.

Cupcakes

Cupcakes are a wonderful way to treat each guest to their own special cake. A delicious package of fresh and flavourful sponge combine with creamy frosting and a hand crafted decoration to create a dreamy indulgence for one; or our cupcake boxes are perfect for sharing or gifting.

You will receive your cupcakes in a gift box adorned with an organza ribbon.

Sweet Treats

Morsels of deliciousness come in a variety of shapes and sizes and can be designed for your special event. Popular choices include popsicle cake pops (or regular round ones) macarons, mini meringues, shaped chocolates, cookies and brownies. All these treats can be customised in flavour, colour and decoration for your celebration.

All treats are packaged in gift boxes and where appropriate display stands will be made so you can show off your treats!

Belgian Chocolate Mud Made with Belgian Chocolate and Dutch processed cocoa - this cake is moist, dense, dark and delicious

Vanilla Bean Dream Made with real vanilla beans for authentic flavour and aroma - this cake is light in texture, filled with flavour, fluffy and moist

Zesty Lemon or Lime Made with the zest and juice of real lemons/limes - this cake is moist and drenched with lemon/lime syrup

Seductive Red Velvet A deep dark red cake with the subtle flavour of Dutch processed cocoa - this is a lighter cake which pairs well with chocolate or cream cheese frosting

Spicy Carrot Filled with fresh carrots, chopped walnuts and lots of yummy fragrant spices - this heavy cake is full of flavour and texture

Silky White Chocolate Mud Made with Belgian white couverture chocolate and vanilla bean paste - this dense moist cake is a gorgeous rich cake

Size

The smallest of my layered celebration cakes are 12 cm (5 inches) and can be made as large as 25cm (12 inches). They can be baked in either round or square cake tins or can be carved in to whatever shape you fancy!

The size of the cake is often determined by the number of guests being catered for.

Delivery

Yes! I am happy to deliver sweetness. I personally deliver cakes/cupcakes/sweet treats door to door. to ensure they arrive looking spectacular. Let me know where you'd like to send some cake love to and I'll let you know the price.

Prices

As all my cakes are bespoke, so are my prices. If you have something in mind please get in touch and let me know exactly what you are looking for. I will prepare a customised price for the perfect cake for your occasion. In the mean time below are some starting prices on wedding cakes, party cakes, cupcakes and sweet treats.

Buttercream filled cakes are priced from $150

Ganache filled and fondant covered cakes are priced from $180 per tier

Frosted cupcakes start at $5 each (minimum order of 6)

Frosted cupcakes with a handmade and edible decoration including edible images start at $7 each (minimum order of 12)

The final price will depend on serving numbers and the complexity of details chosen. Most of my wedding clients choose designs costing between $350-$500 for two tiers and $600-$1000 for three tiers.

I am happy to provide a full quote after the design and size has been confirmed.
