It’s your special day, so choose the cake that you want! These days anything is possible and wedding cakes are as unique as the couple getting married. Be inspired by your theme, your favourite colours or your shared interests. You may be lucky enough to find your dream cake on the internet or in a magazine, but if not, don’t despair! Collect pictures of any ideas you like; the icing finish on one cake, decorations on another cake, bring them to me and together we can design a cake perfect for you.
For Richer, For Poorer
Consider how much of your budget will be spent on your cake. It's important to let me know up front so I can provide you with options within your price range. Keep in mind that more intricate cakes will be more expensive. As a guide, I would suggest you budget from $175 per tier.
Size Matters
Generally, the bigger the guest list, the bigger the cake. That said, if you're having an intimate wedding, you can still have a three tiered wedding cake, with decorated cake dummies substituting for the edible tiers. Or if you’re having a grand scale wedding, you could choose a small elegant cutting cake and provide cupcakes or a selection of larger cakes for your guests to enjoy as part of a sweet table.

To be absolutely sure I’m the cake designer for you, book in a consultation with me! You'll get to sample freshly baked cake and complementary fillings to help you choose your favourite combinations for your wedding cake. Don’t worry if you can’t decide on the day, you’ll receive a gift packed box to take home with you. Let your family and friends help you decide…or not!
Take the Plunge
Finally, to avoid disappointment, it’s best to get your wedding cake booked in as soon as possible. Bookings fill fast, especially during the wedding season, as I only accept one wedding cake per week to ensure that your cake receives all my love and attention! I can’t wait to hear from you!
